	WE UNDERSTAND ALL CHARGES TO ACCOUNT ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY STATEMENT. IT IS AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT ACCOUNT CHARGES STILL OUTSTANDING ON A SECOND STATEMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 2% INTEREST CHARGE PER MONTH, AND WILL BE DEBITED DIRECTLY TO THE APPLICANT’S ACCOUNT AND BECOME AN ACTUAL PART OF THE TOTAL INDEBTEDNESS, ALONG WITH ANY AND ALL COSTS (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) INCURRED IN COLLECTION OF OVERDUE ACCOUNTS. FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE APPLICANT TO COMPLY WITH PAYMENT TERMS WILL BE CONSIDERED SUFFICIENT CAUSE TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE.
